MEET LYNN
Lynn Krage is an experienced executive coach, trusted advisor and talent leader
With over 15 years experience as a talent development leader balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, Lynn Krage, MSOD, MA, SHRM-SCP, ICF-ACC, has led the learning and development function in large, complex, matrixed organizations and agile, fast-paced, high-growth environments. As a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, she has developed and delivered talent initiatives for high potentials, ICs, managers, and executives across industries and functions. As a member of SaaS start-up senior leadership team, she led her company to 100% growth, profitability, and acquisition.
COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
At Wharton, Lynn was responsible for the end-to-end leadership development curriculum, including orientation, training and development, skill-building, performance management, and team effectiveness training. She built a business inside of Wharton, founding the Executive Coaching and Feedback Program and scaling and commercializing the program, which now delivers coaching to ~1000 clients yearly and employs 50+ coaches.
Lynn created Wharton’s foundational 360 Leadership Assessment tool (commercially available through Wharton People Lab) and she developed, facilitated, and led leadership development and executive coaching in Wharton Executive Education, including the Executive Development Program and the General Management and Advanced Finance Programs. She applied her leadership knowledge and business acumen as the Executive Director of the $24M revenue-generating San Francisco MBA for Executives, leading the program through re-opening after COVID-19.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
Lynn led Talent Development and Talent Management at CorpU (now a Udemy Company), partnered with HR and business leaders on talent management at Microsoft, and designed and led the talent management lifecycle for the Wharton Executive Coaching, Leadership Fellows, and SF Executive MBA divisions. Early in her career, she was a Recruiter for Snelling Search and partnered with SMEs from GE, IBM, and Lockheed Martin to deliver leadership skill-building and early career development programs at RPI.
QUALIFICATIONS
Lynn’s education includes an MS in Organizational Dynamics from UPENN, an MA in Sociology from NYU, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Human Resources from Wharton. She is a SHRM-SCP and an ICF-certified coach, completing Executive Coaching Certification through the Teleos Leadership Institute. She is also certified in Managing Talent in the 21st Century and Management Essentials through Wharton and in talent assessments such as Hogan, DISC, MSCEIT, CliftonStrengths, Leading with Heart, and more.
